1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Search Rabbit ("we," "us," or "our"), a business operating at 420 Main St East, Milton, Ontario, Canada, reachable at [email protected].

By accessing getsearchrabbit.com, purchasing any of our services, submitting a form, or communicating with us through any channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, available at getsearchrabbit.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Description of Services

Search Rabbit provides productized Google Business Profile (GBP) setup and completion services for contractors and trade business owners operating in the United States. Our current service offerings include:

Rabbit Launch ($697) — a one-time Google Business Profile setup and completion service, covering profile structure, category mapping, service configuration, contact flow, and foundational optimization completed by a vetted fulfillment specialist

Rabbit Max ($997) — an expanded one-time GBP build-out that includes all Rabbit Launch deliverables plus additional profile depth, service descriptions, and content coverage

Profile Care ($349/month) — an ongoing monthly retainer for GBP maintenance, including profile monitoring, update management, and continuous profile health

All services are delivered remotely. No in-person meetings, discovery calls, or agency-style engagements are involved. Fulfillment is carried out by vetted freelance specialists operating under our quality standards. Delivery timelines will be communicated via email following your purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any service offering at any time. Existing paid orders will be fulfilled as described at the time of purchase.

3. User Responsibilities

To receive your service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information through our intake and onboarding forms

Grant us the access required to your Google Business Profile to complete the work (temporary access revoked at your discretion after delivery)

Respond to reasonable requests for information or clarification within a reasonable time frame

Ensure your Google account is in good standing and your business is eligible for a Google Business Profile

Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

Delays caused by your failure to provide required information or access are not the responsibility of Search Rabbit and may affect your delivery timeline.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information

Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation

Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any party

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website, systems, or services

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

Use our services to misrepresent your business to Google or any third party

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion if we determine your use violates these terms or poses a risk to our systems, reputation, or compliance obligations.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Search Rabbit to charge the amount displayed at checkout for the selected service.

One-Time Services

Rabbit Launch and Rabbit Max are one-time payments. Your order is confirmed upon successful payment. No recurring charges apply unless you separately enroll in Profile Care.

Profile Care Monthly Retainer

Profile Care is billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your first payment is charged at enrollment. Subsequent charges occur on the same day each month. You may cancel your Profile Care subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations submitted before your next billing date will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once fulfillment has commenced. If you have a concern about your delivery, contact [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your completed profile. We will review and address legitimate service issues at our discretion. We do not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with Google's platform behavior, algorithm changes, or results outside our direct control.

Failed Payments

For Profile Care subscribers, failed payments will result in a pause of service. We will attempt to notify you via email. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your subscription may be cancelled.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Program Description

When you provide your phone number and consent through our website forms, purchase process, or intake survey, you may receive SMS messages from Search Rabbit. These messages are limited to service-related communications, including: order confirmations, project status updates, delivery notifications, follow-up requests for information needed to complete your Google Business Profile, and reminders related to your active service engagement.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Just text STOP to +1-905-598-2858. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Message Frequency

You will receive messages based on your active service status. Most clients receive fewer than 5 SMS messages per service engagement. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on getsearchrabbit.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions — is the property of Search Rabbit and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our explicit written permission.

Any deliverables we produce for your Google Business Profile (written descriptions, service content, category configurations) become your property upon completion and payment of your service. We retain no ongoing rights to your profile content.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we stand behind the quality of our work, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

Ranking position in Google Search or Google Maps results

Volume of calls, leads, or inquiries generated following profile completion

Google's acceptance, approval, or continued display of any profile content

Uninterrupted access to or availability of your Google Business Profile

Google controls its own platform, policies, and algorithms. Changes to Google's systems after delivery of our service are outside our control and do not constitute a failure to deliver.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Search Rabbit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Search Rabbit and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services exceed the amount you paid to Search Rabbit in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Search Rabbit, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your use of our services or website

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

Any false or inaccurate information you provided to us

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continuation of service poses a legal or reputational risk to Search Rabbit.

For Profile Care subscribers, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will remain in effect after termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

If you are a US-based client, you acknowledge that Search Rabbit operates as a Canadian-registered business serving US customers and that this governing law provision applies accordingly.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
